From sullen to screaming to smirking, you've seen all the faces of nathanaaron.info.
And now it's time to see the one I've been waiting years to see.
I'm smiling. For the first time, every song is sung with a smile.
Every melody is based on joy. Even the sad songs are ripped open with beams of
unleashed happiness. I am on a new theme, or rather, in a new world.
My life has been transformed from one of bemoaning even my blessings to one of
being overpowered everyday by the sheer joy of being alive.
And that might mean shooting bb's at cans of applesauce or playing ping-pong
with dust pans or putting boats on wheels.
But what I've found - what I've been shown - is that every day is another chance
to do something noone's ever done before... to find fun in the mundane, to
do things that make no sense at all - just because it's fun.
Just because it's okay to smile.
Thank you to everyone who's made me smile, who has shown me how to smile,
in the last few years. Enjoy this site, the pictures, the music, and, oh yeah -
the new CD!!! They're dedicated to you. :)

Okay, this is for everybody who stayed on my case to keep writing music. It's just a simple
song, but I had fun writing it. Hop over to the music page to hear
you are. Have fun & enjoy...

The votes for the n/a Top Ten list are in... but, thanks to suggestions from the n/a
email listers, the Top Ten songs
will not be announced until Sunday, August 8th at a live show at The Patio at
AMAT Studios in Hometown, PA.
I'll post the results on the website, along with some photos and perhaps video
on Tuesday the 10th.

I won't be playing any shows for a while,
but don't expect me to slow down with my musical projects.
Plans, as always, are underway. Speaking of projects, I just tossed
a few more pics on the
photos
page. I'm currently upgrading the
AMAT site,
but decided to push the launch date of the
Twisted Colon site back to August.
It will be worth it. Well, that's it for now. Talk to you soon. - n/a

What's up everyone? Not much here. I had a chance to meet
Mark Schultz
the other day. And why is this news? Because my entire
Live from Hometown Four CD
was inspired by two songs... and one of them was a song by Mark Schultz called
Back in His Arms.
It was great to be able to shake his hand and thank him
for the inspiration. I gave him one of my CD's, too. Hopefully he can
find some inspiration from my songs, as well.

AMAT is up! The official site of

05/03/04 - What a month
it's been! I'm exhausted! After my whirlwind recording in PA,
my trip back out West, and trying to keep up with all the CD orders,
I can finally relax. Well, sort of. I still owe you guys a newsletter,
and I'll try to pay that debt as soon as possible. I have to confess,
I had no idea how much work this CD would bring me. Thanks to
Alex, Jason, and Jeff for all the help, or I'd have gone crazy.
04/16/04 - One day after it's
release, Live from Hometown Four was already the best-selling
nathan aaron CD. The Josiah Fund is on pace to reach the goal of $1,000
for the first month - but keep donating! $250 down, and I know you guys can take care
of the rest! Thanks for the help!- n/a 04/04/04 - Today's the day!
Live from Hometown Four is here! The site is all new,
the music is all new, I'm re-releasing Live 1-3, and - oh - did
I mention Cataphonic? Romp around the site! Enjoy!
Glad you're here - I missed you all! Don't forget to read about and donate to
the Josiah Fund! - n/a

Hey, new song on the music page. Well, actually old song that I've recorded a couple times but the guitar didn't
sound right, so I got ambitious and decided to record it accapella. The songs that I
mention in it are
Alanis Morisette's Joining You and Better Than Ezra's
Briefly. Enjoy,

Okay, this is the first song I've written in six months, so I had to post it right away.
It's called Most to Me. I may not have a chance
to post for awhile; I'm moving into my new house soon. So enjoy, and keep on the lookout,
'cause there are still a few songs I haven't posted yet. Lata,

April Fuel's Day - So, the rumors are true, I did put my name in the
hat to be the new lead singer of Fuel, but it looks like the guys have someone
else in mind. Which means one thing - time to concentrate on MY music. So, with that
in mind, I'll post a new song. It's nowhere near finished...still some really cool
ideas to it that haven't materialized, but since I wrote it almost a year ago, I guess
I can post it in its current version. Sorry to keep you waiting for me to post this -
this is Waiting for You. Enjoi.

Okay, so I've been trying to post forever but couldn't find the time.
But now I'm sick with the bird flu,
so I have a day off work, and what
better to do than get paid for updating my web site thanks to a paid sick day.
I think everyone should get paid for getting sick. There's some sense to that.
If you only pay people when they work, then they come to work when they're sick.
Then everyone gets sick. As if you people aren't sick &
twisted enough as it is.
Anyway, there's a new song on the music page.
It's called Delicate.
I've wanted to update the page for
awhile and this song is the furthest along in development. enjoy.

New song. Didn't see this one coming. I wrote it as I was trying to deal with the
latter part of fall. Early fall is my favorite part of the year, but once it finally
threatens to greet me with cold and fallen leaves, it's tough not to enjoy a bit of
mourning. This song attempted to capture the beauty that ensues from and
the life that lies behind the death in this season. It's not named yet; I was leaning toward
October, but I think it might be called >The Story of Fall.
Enjoy it, and remember, I just finished writing it today, so it may not be in final form.
The lyrics are too cool, so here's the link for them.

Alright, new song is up. I'm turning this update over to my parents... here goes!
Mom:
We're here in Columbus celebrating - great dinner - great park - but oh, wow,
an even greater n/a song. It's my new favorite.
Listen in and see if you agree.
Dad:
Just listened to four new n/a tunes and I must say very impressive. Hard to pick a favorite.
We're here in German Village for the Oktoberfest. Wunderbar!
Enjoy the new song.

Okay... it's time. The new TWISTED COLON PRODUCTIONS site has hit the map.
Browse to the side projects section to check it out. It's pretty, to say the least.
I'm really excited about it, because the IT degree is starting to pay off.
Now, if anyone out there needs a web site... :)
Anyway, there are more site updates on the way. I decided I'm going to try to put
full song clips up in the near future if my web hosting company lets me get away with it...
not sure how much space I have. I think you guys deserve full songs, though.
I'm also planning a new section to the music page soon... check back to be surprised...

Ha ha... what did I tell you? New stuff is here! The new CD,
The Tom Corney Show is now here! Pick up a copy on the
merch page. I hope you like the new look of the site.
I have a few more plans for more improvements around these parts, but it might be a while
because of school. Or, it might not, so keep checking back! In the meantime, enjoy the
new tunes!!

Goodmorning, everybody! Sorry I've been out of touch for so long. I've got good excuses, though!
Let's see,,, where should I begin... I moved across country, so now I'll be splitting time between
Pittsburgh and Columbus while I finish school. 6 more months! I'm also hard at work on some new
material. Look for new product soon...
Love y'all - n/a

Alright, so here's the deal... WEDNESDAY MARCH 23rd @
Lestat's in San Diego! This will be the first time in
three years that all of the old crew will be back together for a show. I'll
be playing a short set (five songs) followed by sets by
Will Edwards,
Jane,
and Tim Corley.
This may very well be Tim Corley's last show in the U.S. before the move to England. It will
also be my last West Coast show before I move to Indiana in May. The show will
be hosted by Isaac Cheong (of She Blonde Swede
fame), and will also feature the poetry of
Valerie LeBlanc.
And oh, yeah, Tim Corley will be releasing his NEW CD that day.
I'll fill everyone in on the time and cover when I get that info. Just plan on being
there, okay? I can't wait to see everyone from San Diego and to play in Cali one last time!
Talk soon -

What's up, everybody! Happy new year and all that good stuff... you shall be pleased to hear
that I've FINALLY thrown some music clips onto the music page.
Hurry, check it out before I change my mind! :) Anyway, I hope you enjoy the clips;
they are mostly rarities, so you'd be very hard pressed to find them elsewhere. In other news,
if you're a Tim Corley fan, he has a new CD coming out in the near future... so set aside
15 bucks and I'll let you know as soon as it becomes available. No other jaw dropping news
to share this time 'round... but I'll keep in touch. All of you do the same. - n/a

Look out, world,,, I'm back online! It's been a looooong time, but I finally have
access to the web at my fingertips, so expect to see dramatic changes to the site soon.
I'll still be trying to balance a full-time job and school in the meantime, though,
so updates to the site will be random and scattered... but what else would you expect
from me? Look for changes to Josiah,
Photos, and Music first,
followed by side projects. Chat with you all soon.

Well, as promised (though a little bit late), here are the results of the
Top Ten voting... along with a link to my personal Top Ten.
In case you're curious, the other song that inspired Live Four
was a song by Third Day called
I've Always Loved You. The odd thing about this song was that
I had the CD that it was on for years, but never listened to it. I heard
the song on the radio last October and was shocked that I owned the CD!
It's such a simple song, I can see why I overlooked it. When I listened to
the words, though, and after hearing Mark Schultz' song, the lyrics just
crashed down on me. It was from the impact of those two songs that
Live Four was born.
Well, I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. I'll be in Pittsburgh
in August. That's all my news! - n/a
Well, I've been keeping busy, playing at some private parties
and what not. Eventually I'll have some West Coast shows scheduled,
but not for another month or so. If you haven't donated to the
Josiah
Fund, please do so! I had wanted to raise $1,000 in the first month,
and right now, we're at $565, with just a few days to go.
You know I hate begging for money, so send 10 or 20 bucks and I'll shut up.
If you have already donated, thank you! We appreciate your help!
Talk to you all soon. - n/a
